It may seem like God’s way is unrewarding. Looking left and right, we see others “winning” their own way, ways that we were told and may feel aren’t right or righteous. All judgement aside, there may be nothing wrong with their natural path, but after sacrificing, striving and not finding yourself in your preferred place it gets frustrating. You feel forgotten or like you’re forced to settle; giving up hope on God’s promises and rethinking all of life to the tune of “maybe if I did it their way or tried this other advice or took on that perspective…life would be better now.”
I’m here to remind you that God can do it too. The wins, successes and victories you seek are not out of God’s reach. The world is of His creation and sits in His hand. You don’t have to compromise, be “realistic” or step your hustle up for God to fulfill His promise in blessing your life. Trust, believe and keep the faith. Forget about comparison, God is focused on you. It seems like forever but His timing is perfect. The process is sometimes painful but the results are always rewarding. Tomorrow isn’t promised but God’s promises are forever.
Jesus said, “Truly I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or farms, for My sake and for the gospel’s sake, but that he will receive a hundred times as much now in the present age, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and farms, along with persecutions; and in the age to come, eternal life.
